We're building another batch of 1919A4 cases. What will be a little different with this batch is that we plan on building extra to start a stocking program. In doing this we restructured the price list. The off the shelf price is $299 with a $25 ea. discount for pre orders and $25ea. off for multiple case order. All cases are solid pine construction that have the planks edge glued with biscuits for maximum structure. Most of the interior is also solid pine with the exception of a few key supports {like the bridge that the supports the center of the gun at the pintle} which are made from solid oak. All of the wood parts that support the gun are wrapped in Naugahide to pad the gun. The hinges and the hasps are parkerized for the GI look and GI web gear straps to hold gun components in place. And all of the cases will have the 1919A4 stencil. This case will hold 1919A4 w/pintle attached, M2 tripod, T&E, 1 ammo can, oil can, and spare barrels under the removable support bridge. There is also space under the bridge for things like the bipod {if not on the gun}and the stock. The exterior is aged and mildly distressed to give it the "authentic" look.
I also build a longer case for the 1919A6 so that you can keep the flash hider on the gun. At this time, this case is only built per order for the price of $325 with only the multi case discount available. It is built with all of the features and lay out of the above A4 case but is longer to make room for the flash hider. There is also a web support in the corner for an extra barrel buffer/bushing, I carry my standard buffer/bushing that is set up for blanks there and put my flash hider there when using my blank buffer. This MIGHT be long enough for spade grips, I would need the dimensions for the spade grips to make sure and adjust the interior alittle bit. This case can either have the 1919A4 stencil or the 1919A6 stencil.
After this batch is on the shelf I'm going to do the same for a batch of short M2 50 cal. cases. This case is for the M2 with the barrel removed. This case will fit the reciever with the pintle attached, 2 barrels, 30 cal ammo can and oil can The base price for them will be $325 with the above price discounts available.
Preorder cut off is March 1 with payment cut off March 8. Delivery is schedualed for begining of April.
