I have 4 very good condition original USGI .30-06 barrels. They all have some slight rust problem, but all have strong rifling with mostly shiny bores and pass the bullet test. They all have either a little surface rust on the outside and/or may have a couple small pitting spots in the bore. All are very shootable and will clean up with not a lot of work. For the price, I think you'll be happy.
