I have 8 cases of MRE's (12 MRE's per case) with check/inspect date being 08/09. These have been kept in cool dry place, never mistreated so they will last forever. Have menus A and B. Each meal has heater in it plus all the other goodies. Your choice of either for $55 plus shipping, which ever method is cheaper from 65014 in MO. EMAIL for questions

The TTI time temp indicators (little red color changin stickers on the cases) are still there and indicate they are still edible and have been stored correctly

They have an inspect date in 2009, right? How long do they actually last? I have a few left from my short days in ROTC and the Guard and I've often wondered if they are safe.

If its so wrong to have these then I want them, who cares what it says on the sides of the box, my LMT defender lower says for Goverment use only but I still have it!!! The last box of MRE's I bought I paid a lot for, still have 11 left to eat, Chicken and noodle stew was good even in the flameless heater!
