Wise Lite Arms has available for sale a batch (approx. 25) 100% right hand side plates (RHSP) for semi-auto M1919's. These are new and "in the white". Wise Lite Arms took the time to gather comments (thru customer e-mails and reading web site postings) concerning RHSP’s and noted the concerns and recommendations from people who had bought them. Everything was considered and the changes that are legal and an improvement were incorporated into this current production run. We even built a M1919 with one of our previous RHSP's and then built another using this "product improved" plate just to see for ourselves how much better this new version is. So, that was a long story to say these RHSP’s have been redesigned! Same good 4130 plate steel, new improved program on the CNC workcenter. These have WLA factory markings (as defined by US regulation) placed where they won't interfere with any markings the customer may choose to have engraved. The rivet holes are not countersunk so that you the customer may choose which countersink angle you prefer. These are ready to ship.

Location of Markings?

Where are the required by ATF markings located on the plates? On the inside to show only with inspection would be great. Thanks.

Our Right Hand Side Plates (RHSP) were submitted to BATFE FTB and have an approval. In that data package the location for the factory marking is described. It is below the link ejection opening. The size and depth of the letters/numbers is as described in the Combined Federal Regulation (CFR) that governs markings on firearms (see link below to 27 C,F.R 478.92). In recent meetings with BATFE and US manufacturers there was much emphasis on markings.
