WWII Aricraft Protractor Mark 3B

I bought this from a WWII Naval vet about 40 years ago and it never got used.
The protractor was issued to him but he said he never got it installed because he really didn't need it.

Anyway, it has 3 mounts (with mounting acrews), extra stainless steel bands, and original instructions.

$150.00 + $15 shipping

Haven't seen one of those in 50 years. The one on our chart table looked a little different how long is the blade on this one? IIRC ours was clear plastic and 2 feet long. We called it a parallel motion protractor. Somewhere I have the flat metal "key" with a pin on it to adjust the head.

The way ours was mounted it could be used on the DRT display or the chart table. Hardly a watch went by that the thing was not used.

Hadn't thought about the DRT in years.
