If there was an exchange of fire, say the agents were wounded or killed on U.S. soil, then MAYBE just MAYBE the damn fence would finally go up, as voted and paid for.

Reality here.
IF some BP agents were killed, the fence would still not be built, any shot up/dead/missing BP will be blamed on drug smugglers, always has been.
I'll tell you HOW a fence gets built, like East Germany, when people try to leave en masse! If this economy was to hit depression, govt goes completely insane, you will own nothing and have no urge to stay here. Desperate/starving people would try to leave the country or breach outposts, that's when you'll see a fence, complete with minefields and thermal-sensing MGs, nobody goes in or out without clearance. Laugh if you want, then think about it, see the movie "Doomsday" then say it couldn't happen.......

I dont think they could read a compass much less a GPS unit.
Why isnt it legal for us to shoot the intruders? Theyd do it to us if we went across illegal, or our military was accidentally get into mexico with out knowing it.

If our guys had shot any of them they would just end up like Ramos and Compeon. Kangaroo court and all. The people in DC(white house and all) don't give a crap about our guys on the border. If they did it would screw up their plans for the North American Union.

A North American Union would benefit mexico and nearly destroy the United States. There's going to be a load of pissed off people. If anything is going to spark that 2nd civil war, that'll be my #1 bet.

It's all over the conservative radio, BP admitting they're running into Mexican military on OUR side of the border, people are calling in and raising hell. The talk show hosts asking for helicopter gunships to patrol border, not ONE caller would question that suggestion.

At this point, "Border Patrol" is a little bit like closing the gate after the horses have already ran across to the neighbor's field, anyway. What we need is a minefield and gunships at the border instead of cops in blazers, and then a sweep-and-clear of illegals ACROSS the nation, starting with the MS-13 gangbanger scum who should be shot on sight as an invading army. They want to refer to themselves as "soldiers"; fine. Then fight them as such, and not a law enforcement criminal problem. They want it both ways, though, when it suits them. They should be treated as an invading army, and any US citizens who shoot them should be immune from criminal prosecution as carrying out their duty as the citizen militia, to defend our homes and families from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

My thoughts exactly. Border patrol union rep was on Glenn Beck Thursday; 43 incidents like this in the last year. Response from our "leaders": zero. BP officer said if the officer would have fired at the armed soldiers w/guns drawn and pointed at him, he would be in prison. He said it is likely a distractionary tactic; get the officer to call for backup so an adjoining sector will have a hole for people and/or drugs to get through.
Whatever you do folks, don't build that legally mandated fence. Things are just fine as-is.

I can see vigalante work coming into play here real soon, since the border agents have been scared into not doing their job, and no one in Washington seems to care, lets see if they care when unknown forces start blowing away the scum out in the desert, if they thought there was a chance of some one fighting back you know it would stop, but our government doesn't want it to stop so it's going to take private forces to do the job, I really think things are going to get real ugly before our government ever does any thing.
