It is legal to have in CA, but one will find local city/county ordinances in the state that prohibit the "discharge of a projectile using elastic force" within their city limits...I kid you not!

Thats cool, now someone make something like that for paintballs, talk about domaninating the paintball field. I'd like to have a BB model that fires pellets, talk about fun for me and the critters that roam my property.
That guy isn't even based in the US so the ATF has no say cause it wasn't produced here, besides in our country we are allowed to have grown up guns.
