Do you have an original bolt with charging handle and recoil spring assembly stashed away as part of the kit? That would affect the value quite a bit depending on if you have them or not.

Unless you have the bolt assembly and ejector, than it's probably just worth the sum of parts, vs parts kit price. Parts kits used to be $3k+, so I would guess your setup as is, might be worth $2500-$3000

EDIT: Since you have all the parts minus the firing pin ($70 part or so) I think you could ask around $3500 for your setup.
