I got to go shooting with another member today (frazer42) after about 175 rounds I had a case separate and I still cannot remove it.
It is a 7.62 steel case, I have tried a large brush on a cleaning rod from muzzle end and a USGI broken shell extractor that just don't seem to catch it.
So after about a hour, I decided to post here, with a few pictures.
